Congratulations! You’ve shed the pounds, changed your lifestyle, and taken back your health through Bariatric Surgery. That’s no small feat—and I see you.
You’ve worked incredibly hard, and you should feel proud of the transformation you’ve achieved. But if you’re like many of my patients, you might now be dealing with something unexpected: loose, excess skin. It’s common, it’s frustrating, and it can feel like a lingering reminder of your old self. That’s where I come in.
Let’s talk about the next step in your journey: Post-Weight Loss Cosmetic Surgery and Body Contouring. If you’re ready to reveal the body you’ve worked so hard for, I’m here to help guide you through the process.
What Is Body Contouring After Bariatric Surgery?
Body contouring after weight loss is about more than just aesthetics—it’s a way to complete your transformation. These procedures help remove the excess skin and stubborn fat that simply won’t budge, even with the best diet and exercise.
Depending on your needs, we can target several areas:
- Abdomen – This is where my signature TowerTuck comes in.
- Arms – Arm lifts to tighten and sculpt.
- Thighs – Thigh lifts to create smooth, defined legs.
- Breasts – Breast lifts, implants, or reduction lifts for a youthful, lifted appearance.
- Buttocks & Lower Body – Liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lifts, or full lower body lifts.
Every plan is completely customized to fit your goals. No cookie-cutter approach here—just results that celebrate the new you.
Introducing the TowerTuck: My Signature Tummy Tuck
If you’ve been researching tummy tucks, you’ve probably heard of my TowerTuck. This is not your average abdominoplasty. I’ve refined this technique to go beyond basic skin removal by sculpting your waistline with precise liposuction, expertly placed incisions, and a specialized belly button technique that looks so natural, you’d swear it’s the one you were born with.
Bonus? The incision placement also provides a subtle lift to the outer thighs and buttocks. It’s truly transformative, especially for patients post-massive weight loss.

Why My Patients Choose Body Contouring
The benefits go way beyond what you see in the mirror:
- Better Proportions – Your transformation deserves to be fully appreciated.
- Confidence Boost – Feeling truly comfortable in your skin is priceless.
- Physical Relief – Say goodbye to rashes, chafing, and discomfort caused by excess skin.
– Motivation to Maintain – Seeing the final result helps keep you on track. - Improved Quality of Life – More comfort, more confidence, more freedom.
How to Prepare for Body Contouring Surgery
Here’s how I recommend getting ready:
✅ Book a Free Consult with Me (limited-time offer!)
✅ Medical Evaluation – We’ll go over everything to create a plan that’s right for you
✅ Stop Smoking – Crucial for proper healing
✅ Optimize Nutrition – High protein, good hydration, and balanced vitamins
✅ Prep for Recovery – Have your support system in place for after surgery
When Is the Right Time for Surgery?
I typically recommend waiting until your weight has been stable for 3–6 months before booking your procedure. If we meet too early in your journey and you’re still losing weight, your results (and the surgical plan) could shift.
The best time is when:
- You’re at a stable weight
- Your nutrition is optimized
- You’re mentally and physically ready for surgery and recovery
Your Questions Answered (By Me!)
💰 Will insurance cover this?
- Most of the time, cosmetic procedures aren’t covered. But if you have medical issues like rashes or infections caused by overhanging skin, a panniculectomy might be partially covered.
📌 What is a panniculectomy?
- It’s a functional procedure that removes hanging abdominal skin—but doesn’t include muscle tightening or belly button reshaping. That’s where an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) steps in.
🩺 Can I combine cosmetic procedures with insurance-covered ones?
- Absolutely! I often combine a panniculectomy with additional contouring for a complete transformation.
🔄 What about my breasts?
- After weight loss, volume loss and sagging are very common. I offer lifts, implants, or a combo—customized to your body.
✨ Can I get a breast procedure and tummy tuck at the same time?
- Yes! That’s what we call a Mommy Makeover, and it’s one of my favorite transformations to do.
