We accept all major insurance carriers as well as Medicare and Florida Managed Medicaid plans. Patients are able to have a free insurance verification check completed prior to their initial visit to understand their coverage and estimated out of pocket expenses.
We recognize that some insurance plans do not cover bariatric surgery and strive to provide an affordable service to those patients who would still benefit from bariatric surgery. Our current pricing for the sleeve or bypass is $10,999 with a $500 program fee which includes the initial & final consultation with the surgeon, as well as access to our registered dietitian and nutrition program, monthly support groups, and follow up care for 3 months.
We are also happy to offer financing through CareCredit. Please note that a $300 processing fee will apply to the total cost.
